My loan was sold to PHH from Ocwen on April 1st. They continued to take money out of my account but do not credit my account.

They say I am 2 months behind on my payment, but I should be one month ahead.

I have called 20+ times, emailed, and faxed. No action to solve my problem.

I have gotten refinancing and requested a payoff statement, but they will not respond and now they say my account is ineligible for a payoff statement!

you just have to keep calling them. They have tried to do this to me and I just keep calling back, and tell them they won't get away with this!
